Tha Thang:
3 sets of 5 exercises doing 5 reps the first round and increasing to 10 and 20 reps each successive round. 1 minute rest between sets. Some 1964 trivia was dribbled into the workout. Total reps per exercise were 105. The excercises were: Lunge, Squat, Mtn Climbers, Merkins and Freddie Mercs. Some Cindy's were used at the PAX discretion.

The same format was used, 5-10-20, was used except the PAX selected a Cindy exercise: curls, OHP, Lawn Mowers, Tricep Ext, KB's, Bench Press and WWII w/Cindy.

If my math is right, we did 770 reps

Great job OG on the Convergence…64 attended! Speed for Need race, baby Benjamin is progressing and hoping for a quicker Drs appt to get meds he needs, Noodles dad was very ill last week but seems to be improving
