I mentioned to the men about the importance of being on time. I, the Q-holder for this morning, was running late and arrived at 0500 on the dot. I made it on time but I was still having to set up the flag and get ready for the workout. The Q-holder should be one of the first ones to be here early to get prepared and lead his fellow Pax. The same should apply for regular everyday life.
