BOMBS workout: Grab a partner for this routine. One PAX works through the exercise while the other farmer carries around first island approx. 60 yards. Continue this until all reps are complete.

B – 50 burpees
O – 100 Overhead Clap
M – 150 Merkins
B – 200 Butkus IC
S – 250 squats

After completing the BOMBS workout, the song “danger zone” started playing. We proceeded to do continuous weighted calf raises throughout the song while doing a squat every time we heard the words “danger zone”.

To end Tha Thang, some of the PAX led a stretch of their choice.
