Tha Thang:
Goal:

Move all 5 blocks 100 yards downfield, stack them at the goal line, then sprint back and tag the next teammate. Mode of transport for each carry varies. While one man carries, the other 4 do rotating full-body exercises.
Each 5-man team performs 5 total rounds:
1. One person carries one block down 100 yards with a unique movement.
2. Four teammates stay behind performing full-body interval AMRAP-style exercises until their turn.
3. Rinse and repeat until all 5 blocks are stacked.

MOT Included: Walking OHP, Sled Push, Walking Lunge and finished the entire drill with a sprint down and a sled push back to the gate opening to the parking lot.

There were (3) rounds – the following array of exercises were completed: Burpees, Curls, Shoulder Taps, Squats, Pickle Pointers, Monkey Humpers, OHP, Kettle Bell Swings, Bear Crawls, Mountain Climbers, crunches, situps, SSH, and more. The exercises changed when every person returned and when all blocks had been transported the new round began. Total of (3) rounds.

We finished the drill with a sprint to the blocks, sled push to the gate and finalized before COT with a plank hold – AMP and Kong proved the most worthy with well over 5 minute plank hold.
