We continue to modify/highjack Crucible for a leg training day in preparation for the P200 and/or GORUCK Savannah Tough. Runners and ruckers united at the start. Bleachers were dominated, field work was completed, legs were smoked.
Hardover and R-12 have taken over the reigns from Putt Putt as the ruck sprinting champions of the region.
Awesome to have Coffee Bean from the Hill come all the way up to Pooler to join us for training. He seemed pleasantly surprised to not see any gloves.
COT:
A few PAX had to leave prior to COT, but the rest of us adhered to the principles.
