We might have done a few Moroccan night clubs, TTT, Don Quixote’s, some fast and some slow Merks, hillbillies, and introduced a new fan favorite…the Snuffy (yes, it’s in the Exicon and thanks to Pergo for finding it). The Snuffy is doing a chinook and a standing pickle pusher at the same time.
Tha Thang:
Had a little deja vu with YHC’s workout at the Colosseum a few weeks ago. I heard the Foundry did it as well, so why not bring it to the OG? Poor Quikrete suffered through it a second time as well.
Four cones were spaced out following the car lane with about 25yds in between each cone. Rifle carry Cindy to first cone. Stop and do 10 blockees. Then bear crawl back to start line. Do 25 foxholes (WWI and followed by a merkin. That’s one rep.) Next movement is to run back to Cindy at first cone and rifle carry it to second cone. Drop and do 20 blockees. Then bear crawl back to start line. Do 25 foxholes again. Get up and run to Cindy and rifle carry her to third cone. Then it’s 30 blockees. After bear crawl back to start line and go right into 25 more foxholes. Run to Cindy and farmer carry to fourth cone. You know the drill. It’s 40 blockees followed with a bear crawl back to the starting line again. But since we were running out of time we rifle carry Cindy back to the starting line. YHC did offer up an audible about the third cone. You could bear crawl, lunge walk, crab walk, duck walk or frog hop back to the start. Most PAX stuck to the tried and true bear crawl.
