Defeat the 19

Warm up- 58% clear and very little breeze.

Opened with plank, and disclaimer combination- while doing so we raised the right arm, switched to the left, back to plank, and ended with half plank. 20 Chinooks each arm. 20 Thru the tunnels, 20 SSH, and five “I’m late,” Doughboy penalty burpees. Mosey to the coupons.

The Thang

20 of each, Curls, Squats, overhead press, American hammers, Imperial walkers, WWII, Mercs. Then 15 of each, then 10 of each, then 5 of each, then 5, 10,15, 20. For a grand total of 100 each.

The plan was to get through the set 2x for a grand total of 200, but bad timing by YHC we only made it through 1x for a total of 100 each. Did this during the shelter in place and ran out of time also, but I was hoping with others it could be accomplished.

CoT- Announcement, 12 mile ruck tomorrow in Pooler, at 5am, location to be posted today on slack. There is a 20lb minimum plus food & water. Prayer request, Deuce frustrations with “shelter in place” requirements and desires to worship again with the Body of Christ. First responders, Front line personal. and others I fail to recall.
