Groups set off at 0400, 0500, and 0515 aiming for 10, 8.25, and 6 miles respectively. A pair got in some ruck and ab work before running. All finished for a circle of trust.
Flattire penned a poem to put a bow on the effort:
8 set out early, it did not rain.
More mileage for some, no one did complain
They all did their best, no one held back.
