Tha Thang:
Started off w/ all 9 pax running the bleachers around the football field. Next, we partnered up to do a wheelbarrow challenge!!! 50 yards, swap & the other partner had to complete the next 50 yards!!! Next was a fireman’s carry, same principle. Next we did 11’s!!! Squats & Merks!!! Lastly, ran the bleachers all the way around 1 more time & finished up w/ some Mary!!!
