OYO. A few ambitious PAX showed up early to warm up with running or pre-rucking.
Tha Thang:
Temp outside was 28 deg F. That's cold for us. 17 PAX honey badgered that temperature not caring at all.
The workout was pseudo-OYO. Run or ruck stadiums. Use or don't use sandbags. Run or don't run windsprints on the turf field. Squat and throw sandbags every 5 yards on the field, or don't. Do or do not do merkins along the way as part of the 2,800-Merkins-in-February challenge (thanks Livewire and Flo)!
All worked hard. All were better for it. P200 and GRT training is working.
