Mosey with 10 count Mericans every 3rd light pole with a sprint for 1 pole length (50 yds) each time. Finished with 100 x 3 count squats and 60 BBS’s. Mary’s: 40 diapers (40 3 count flutter kicks), 30 sec plank, 20 sec side plank both ways.
