Flo discussed holding a workout on Skidaway island to try and get some interest with the Landings and South harbor crowd. We discussed doing that 2 Saturdays from now.
Flo also said he was going to join the Pooler guys on Friday and asked for anyone interested to join him. 5:30-6:15 at the Pooler Sports complex.
