All 6 of us did a ruck lap on the bleachers
Tha Thang:
After the first lap, Doughboy and Hamm broke off for more standard Rucking. The other 4 did another bleacher lap with sandbags added. Then we moved to the field.
While 1 pax wears a 50# ruck and then suitcase carries 2 40# 100 yards down and back, the other PAX work through:
Sandbag squats
30 diamond merks, 30 wide or standard merks
Sandbag tosses
3 minutes planks
Round 2 was mostly the same, except we attempted rifle carry instead of suitcase carry. Was only successful with the 20# ruck plate.
Flutter Kicks were substituted for planks.
Final round was sprints … 100 yards down and back with rucks on. Followed by 100 yards down and back rucks off. #sprintsareevil #buttheyaregoodforyou
Then we reunited with Doughboy and Hamm.

Prayers for Armpit, a long last PAX due to mammon, but his dad passed away unexpectedly this week. Funeral is today.
