Stolen from R-12, but modified some exercises.
Mosey to the Sallie Mood side of the lake, starting at the 1st light pole.
From there, run to the next light pole and perform 10 of each exercise: burpees, BBS, American hammers, and then run back.
Each round we stacked another exercise(10 reps) and changed the light pole we ran to. Increasing the distance for a few rounds and then working our way back.
