Focker, Diapers, and Puff were smart and stuck to the normal 4.25 run.
As for the rest of us….
4.9 mile run with the following stops
Stop #1-the pull up bars
1 min dead hang, 2 at a time
Others perform 20 burpees and then Freddy Mercs until finished
Stop #2-the bridge
Each HIM grabs an object and walks to the first light pole
1 carried the heavy bucket
1 farmer carried cindies
1 carried a piling on their shoulder
3 rifle carried Cindy
Rotate objects at first pole and walk to the entrance to aquatic center and leave objects
Stop #3-corner of sallie mood and Eisenhower
20 burpees
Stop #4-truman pkwy
20 burpees
Head back the same way and repeat stations
