Beaver, Tiny Tim, and Focker got a vanilla run in today while the rest of us took a beaten.
5.2 mile run with 17 stops along the way
-1 stop for 20 burpees, 1 min dead hang, and 1 min of squats
-4 stops for 20 burpees
-4 stops for 20 V-Ups
-3 stops for 50 squats
-2 stops for a .25 mi bucket carry
-1 stop at BC to do the obstacle course
-1 stop for 20 box jumps
-1 stop for some spear throwing(YHC built a spear and set up some hay bails on a picnic table-this was very entertaining)
Looks like I’ll be taking a break in the race while you fools do burpees at the spear throw🤣. Throwing all those darts in college is finally paying off.
Good job today guys!! That was pretty brutal.
