Focker led Diapers and Scribble on a run.
I led the rest of us on a 5.5 mile run with 17 stops:
-1 min dead hang
-100 V-Ups
-200 squats
-120 burpees
-2-.25 mi bucket carry
-BC obstacle course(A frame wall, 6’ wall, 8’ wall, and monkey bars)
-spear throw(Ponzi coached some of the pax and they are all getting better)
