Do 50 step ups
Run to the 1st light pole and do 10 of each: merkins, plank jacks, squats, BBS
Run back, rinse and repeat, doing 50 step ups before each round, and running one more light pole further and adding 10 more reps of each exercise.
We got up to 40 and did one more set of step ups
