Used picnic tables for the 1000 step ups. 1 had a weighted vest, 2 used female dumbbells, the rest raw dogged it. All enjoyed a Richard Simmons playlist(first thing I thought of when I thought of step ups). This included hits from Whitney Houston, spice girls, black street, journey, and more.
