3 Burpees then catch Partner running ahead rifle Carry of Cindy.
To the pull up bars about .5 mile.
Pull Up Bars w/Partners:
Split- total 50 Pull Ups/75 Merkins/100 Squats
Return to the Start:
Each light Pole- Lunge 1/4 length and Mosey to catch the Cindy being carried by partners to the next light pole. Alternate till we return.
Ring of Fire:
Each Pax has a movement rotating through the circle. Leader is the Terrible Two- supported by cindies – 10 Merkins, 10 sec high plank, 10 secs halfway, 10 secs low, 10 secs halfway, 5 merkins. Should take about 2 minutes but we amendedfor time…. more thank welcome to inquiry the recommended amounts…..
