Round 1: 20 thrusters with Cindy , sprint to second light pole, 10 burpees, 15 merkins, 30 second elbow plank, sprint back to tables
Round 2: 20 thrusters with Cindy, 20 jump squats, sprint to second light pole, 10 burpees, 15 merkins, 30 second plank, sprint back to tables
Round 3: 20 thrusters with Cindy, 20 jump squats, 20 step ups each leg, sprint to second light pole, 10 burpees, 15 merkins, 30 second plank, sprint back to tables
