Some just ran, some caught up to the Spartan runners after a bathroom start, and some did the full run.
1 min dead hang, burpees while you wait your turn
1 stop for 20 burpees
3 stops for 10 burpees
BC course-Some did the monkey bars down and back, we hit the walls twice, some did the monkey bars a 2nd time, we all ran up and down the small bleachers 5 times, and did a 30 sec dead hang on the monkey bars
Spear throw 2x-5 burpees for each hit and 10 for each miss
