Spartan Run to BC and back. Just Joanna and I. The others just ran.
We did an EC mile run to the pull up bars and back. At the pull up bars we did a 1 min dead hang with knee raises.
Got back and no one else was there to join us to we took off.
1 stop for 1 min dead hang w knee raises
2 stops for 20 burpees
2 .25 mi farmer carries w Cindy’s
2 stops for 25 yards of frog jumps
2 loops of the BC obstacle course doing a set of 50 squats between
Some calf raises and burpees while we threw the spear
