Grab Cindy and head for the football field.
Dora work.
1st round- 100 alternating arm block merkins. The hard way. While partner does 100 yard down and back Riffle carries. Riffle carry is running rabbit. Total reps on the merkins.
Hug a tree while everyone finishes up 1st round.
2nd round- 200 thrusters. Partner does walking lunges to 50 yard and back. Switch when lunges return. Total reps on the thrusters.
Hug a tree while we wait for everyone to finish round 2
3rd round – 300 block overhead flutter kicks. The hard way. Partner does murder bunnies to 50 yard line and back. Switch when murder bunny returns.
Hug a tree til everyone finishes.
Take Cindy back. Grab a wall… Time to wish AL Gore a happy bday with tree hugging wall squats. Done.
