Danger Zone: Listening to Kenny Loggins Danger Zone; start by doing sit ups. Every Danger Zone, perform 3 Merks. Counted 52 sit-ups and 36 Merks but I may have cheated
Tha Thang:
Moseyed to the back lot in formation, flying by the Murphy crew picking up, intercepting two inbound bogeys, Honker and Crop Duster who had completed the Monday Murph.
Maneuvering/Dog Fighting:
Partner Up, standing about 20 yards apart facing each other, run towards each other, and brake to your right. Stop and perform the called out exercise. Exercises included:
-Squats
-Burpees
-Merks
-Hello Dolly’s
-Lunges
-Some other ab workout
Flying a precise course:
Moseyed over to some cones. We carried the flag to the back and placed it in the ground at the end of the course.
Navigated the course by shuffling between lateral cones and sprinting the straight always. At the end buzzed the tower (AO flag)
Second go around, repeated the course but flipped the shuffling and back pedaled the straight always.
Last time through the cones: repeated the forward course but at a high angle of attack, going slowly to ensure good form (get lowwwww).
Moseyed back to the flag. Lined up at the end of the parking lot.
Turn and Burns:
Jogged to the first island. Using good hip turn form, turned into a back pedal to the next island. Before sprinting the rest of the way. Repeated back to the flag.
Did some marry which ended in Blue Gil calling out an inordinate number of Peter Parker’s.
