Circle of influence – walking cadence with OHP (3 revolutions), walking curls (3 revolutions) , walking lunges (1 rotation) , murder bunnies (1 rotation), reverse murder bunnies (1 rotation)
Meet at the tree line – one partner bear crawls to the next tree turns around in Unison with partner doing seated rows; switch and repeat once back to beginning.
Back to tree line; one partner farmer Carries to next tree line and back while other partner completes burpees. Switch and repeat.
Back to tree line; one partner crawl bears while other does kettle bell swings. Switch and repeat.
Grab ol’ girl, mosey to start line – burpee pursuit, once both partners have completed – shoulder ol’ girl and get her home!
