– sprint to 100 yards and back 100 yards again to starting point
– repeat 3 times

Exercise 2 (sprint to each station down range)
– 25 yards 20 Overhead press

– 75 yards 20 Merkins
– sprint to 100 yards and back 100 yards again to starting point
– repeat 3 times

Exercise 3 (sprint down range to each station)
– 25 yards 20 LBC’s
