One Partner, One Block, One Frisbee
Leap Frog Block Pull Throughs 68 yards across Pitch. Mosey to far side of parking lot.

20 minutes as many light poles as possible (cannot touch a light pole more than once working our way back around to COT).
One partner Frisbee thrower, One partner Rifle Carry Brick to next Light Pole. 10 exercise count per throw (i.e. 3 throws = 30 count), frisbee must touch next Light Pole while in flight. Alternate Thrower and Rifle Carry Brick carrier. Alternate exercise between Upper Body, Abs, and Lower Body. Brick Carrier must do OHP or Lawnmower Pulls for upper body, American Hammers for Abs, any lower body of chose.

Back to COT. 2 minutes of Queen "We will Rock You" with left foot, right foot, squat sequence to music.
