Periwinkle threw out the Murph-ish prep routine for EC.
AMRAP w/ a vest the following:
Bleacher lap
30 Merkins
60 squats
Rinse & Repeat
Modify as necessary
There was some straight running and burpees also done.
Some nasty looking Brown Widow spiders had taken over the top of the last column of stairs on the Home Side bleachers. BC gave warning to everyone and we just ran the 2nd to last set of stairs twice instead. Except Balut who probably had the below song going at full blast and didn't hear BC yelling at him. He ran right through those webs making it safe for everyone else. Brown Widows have yet to be located, but if Balut starts climbing up walls with his fingertips and shooting webs from his hands on a few days, you all know why.
