Plank w/ 5 Core Principles followed by 10 minutes of neck, shoulder, back, arm and leg stretches. Mosey to the pull up bars for a 5 and dime.
Tha Thang:
Took a field trip to Kroger for a 20 minute EMOM workout. Each minute pax completed 4 reps of squats, big boy’s and burpees, then rested until the next round. 20 rounds total for 80 reps of each exercise. Mosey back to the pull bars for another 5 and dime, then back to the flag for a couple minutes of Mary and finish with a plank.
