Pledge and 5 tenets
5 burpees and then begin mosey to McCallister playground. MOT is a mix of backpedal, skip, karaoke, stopping at lights for stretching.

Tha Thang:
PLAYGROUND THANG
– 10 pull ups
– 10 hanging leg raises
– 10 dips/ each leg up
– 10 surrenders

Run out to light pole, touch light and repeat second round of exercises

Mosey to turf field

THE THANG
Partner/ group up into teams. Each team gets four downs to throw and catch the frisbee down the field with the goal of making a completion in the end zone.

RULES:
• Every throw is a down. Failure to catch the disk results in repeating the down, including the exercise that goes with the down
• Teammates must alternate throwers and catchers
• Completing a throw in the end zone results in a score. Each team will keep track of how many times they score. Failure to score and the team will bear crawl to the nearest goal line to start over
• The first 25 yards of each down are penalty free. For every 5 yards you complete a pass beyond 25 yards the whole team must do 2 burpees. You will round up to the next 5 yards
