Mozy with Cindy to Corner light pole for following reps. EMOM timer set for 3 mins, stop and complete 10 burpees / 5 burpees (alternate each alarm) wherever you are in reps.
Light Pole 1: 50 X OHP
2: 50 X Squats
3: 25 X Merkins / 25 X BBS
4: 50 X Calf Rises
5: 50 X LBC's
Split into two groups and alternate sprint / mozy at the light poles back to station 1 (OHP). Rinse and repeat, we completed 3 rounds and back to circle at 0600.
Not sure why this workout killed us so much.
