-Plank/Runner stretch/Jenner/Downward Dog/Calf stretch all while attempting to say the 5 core principles in order. It was a failure.

-21’s (SSH)-stopped calling cadence after 3. Another fail so we did 5 penalty burpees
-Arm circles
Tha Thang:
Pax were asked to recite the F3 Credo/Motto. They failed again. Yet a lot of great alternatives were mentioned.
The workout was inspired by the world’s toughest mile and the F3 Credo.
Pax were divided into 2 groups. 1 group worked clockwise around the track while the other worked counter clockwise.
Cones were set out to break up the .25 mile track into 4 sections.
Section 1-burpee broad jumps
Section 2-bear crawl
Section 3-lunge walk
Section 4-run
The team could not move on to the next section until their entire team had finished the previous section. Once a pax finished that section, they could go back and help the six finish.
Once the team finished, each pax completed 50 BBS and then held plank until both groups were done.
We repeated the exercises but cut the distance in half. Then all pax sprinted back to the flag.

The Murph will be held the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend at the old Forsyth Park playground. Usually starts at 6 or 6:30. This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, honor those who have fought for our freedoms, and meet pax from other AO’s.
