Close out warmup with 4 rounds of a Honker start … 1 minute burpees, 30 second rest. ShakeIt led the way on count helping get close to his 100 for the day.

Tha Thang:
To commemorate the 98th anniversary of the first solo trans-Atlantic flight from NY to Paris. It was flown by Charles Lindbergh aboard the Spirit of St. Louis, and took 33.5 hrs.

Our Spirit of St. Louis was one of 3 heavy coupons: 60# home Depot bucket, 60# Atlas sandbag, 45# KB sandbag. The pilot would be our timer crossing the Atlantic (aka the bricks).

The rest of us would do a "choose your own exercise" based on the coupons available:
* 60#/45#/30# sandbags – squats, rows, clean and press, sandbag toss
* 45# kb sandbag, qty 2 25# kb sandbags – KB swings, offset merkins (one hand raised on the bag), goblet squats, OHP, tricep extensions
* 35# dumbbells – curls, Honker style merkin rows, tricep extensions

We made it through 3 rounds of this. ShakeIt dropped the bucket once. Surprised it didn't shatter.

Back to the flag, consulted the can. Objective was 33 reps in reference to the 33.5 hr flight time. Some chose 17 in cadence. No one chose straight 33.
