Quad Stretch (Standing): Pull heel to butt, left leg then right leg

Plank to Pike Hold (Butt in the Air): Stretches hamstrings and calves

Dive Bomber Push-Up: Flow through and stretch chest and lower back

Back to Pike Hold: Re-engage hamstrings and calve.

Runner’s Lunge (World’s Greatest Stretch): Left leg up to left hand. Switch to right leg

Side-Straddle Hops (Jumping Jacks): In cadence to 15

Motivators (Countdown Style): 7 down to 1 (Each includes: Side-straddle hop > Squat > Overhead clap > etc.)

Light Jog to Workout Area (“Cindy’s”)

Tha Thang:
Concept: It’s a layered pyramid-style workout. Every round starts with 10 Burpees, then stacks the next movement on top.

🟩 Round 1: 10 Burpees

🟨 Round 2: 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins (push-ups)

🟧 Round 3: 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Squats

🟥 Round 4: 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Squats, 40 LBCs (Little Baby Crunches)

After completing the 4th round, run backwards to the 3rd station and complete the exercises in reverse order all the way back to the 1st pole. Then repeat the full sequence starting from the 1st pole again.

COT:
We closed out with a prayer focused on supporting one another, asking for guidance, and giving thanks for the chance to gather, push each other, and lead together. A special prayer was also lifted for Betty Crocker’s neighbor’s child who recently experienced a seizure.
