Burpee jumped approximately 50 meters across parking lot, walk 10 yards then bear crawl back to danger zone
Danger zone included 5 disciplines done rotating leadership and swapping dates every time:
16 derkens
20 curls
24 squats
20 dips / triceps
16 WW2’s
Then more burpee jumps and bear crawls
Went thru 3.5 rounds
Put Cindys up
Did a quick round of box cutters and gas pumpers
