Formed three groups. Mosey to pull-ups for five and dime. Each group carried log to field to start Gladiator.
Round 1:
Log flips – one pax from each group flipped log and then rotate in back for two burpees. Each person rotated down field for about 30 yards. Once team reached finish, each pax completes 50 squats. Then log flips back to start. Each round should be around 15 flips and 30 burpees per pax.
Mosey to Lunge Lane (side parking lot). Walking lunges to first cone, alternating side squats to next cone, walking lunges to last cone.
Mosey to Pull up bars. Complete 10 pull ups and 10 hanging leg raises.
Mosey to first island. Karaoke to next island, bear crawl to next island, crawl bear to last island.
Mosey to portico to complete 10 BBS, 20 4-count flutters, 30 LBC.
Completed 2 rounds! 2nd round log flips were cut down to one trip down due to time.
