WarmOrama:
Plank and Cobra, TTT, runners stretch, arm stretches and finished with some SSHs. Took a short lap to pick up Cindy and hit a five and dime on the way.

Tha Thang:
4 Corners workout. Each corner has three exercises with either 10, 20 or 30 reps. To start each round, we sprinted the length of the church driveway toward Penn Waller. Station one was at the pull up bars.

Station 1 – 10 pull-ups, 20 LBCs, 30 squats. Rifle carry to station 2.

Station 2 – 10 WWIII, 20 Merkins, 30 Lunges. Farmer carry to station 3.

Station 3 – 10 Thrusters, 20 Curls, 30 Freddy Mercs. Rifle carry to station 4.

Station 4 – 10 tri exts, 20 Cindy swings, 30 calf raises. Farmer carry back to station 1.

All pax completed 2 rounds, a couple got in some extra work.

Took Cindy home and hit a five and dime and back to the COT. Finished with a 60 second plank.

COT:
Count, names, pledge and prayer. Prayed for Ben’s brother for healing and grow in his faith.

Donut ruck steps off at 5 am tomorrow.
