Slow jog 500m, Honker Start (4 minutes of burpees with rest between minutes)
Tha Thang:
Slow jog 500m followed by tabata exercise (4 rounds of 40s work, 20s rest) and repeat. Exercises were as follows: (1) Bonnie Blairs, (2) Merkins, (3) Sprint Intervals, (4) Bear Crawls
Mary at the end – Real Housewives offered a brutally long plank, Gilligan went the unpredictable route and chose boat/canoe, and Flat Tire ended with some dead bugs (can't remember the F3 name for these)

COR, NOR, YHC shared some gratitude for a remarkable year. Many kind PAX who have uplifted and encouraged along the way – will never forget gassing out 3/4 mile into the first NGT and hearing Flat Tire explain that nobody expects you to do it all at once. It motivated me to know that in F3, the only one who will give up on you is you.
