Title: HIIT Celebration

Pax showed up and brought 52 items for the food pantry, so we only owed 48 burpees. Thanks for the early delivery Ray Finkle!
Did a stretch then did 5 burpees and repeated until we had 15 burpees left. Legs, arms, TTT.
Tha Thang:
Part two was a HIIT workout. 3 rounds, 5 exercises each round. 30 seconds of work / 30 seconds of rest. Exercises were
1. Squats
2. Merkins
3. Toe Touches
4. Mt. Climbers
5. Dips
After each set we did 5 burpees to finish out the required 48.
Part 3 was Miss Bliss Extreme Kickball. Had a stack of cards and the kicker drew one. Fielders did said exercise and then tried to get the kicker out. If you get kicker out, kicker owes 3 burpees. Homerun and the fielders do 3 burpees. After 3 home runs, we modified so everyone did the exercise then we played each kick straight up. Exercises were: monkey humpers, squats, 30 second plank, lunges, hand release merkins, 4 count flutters, J-Los, LBCs, Hello Dollys, and BBS. After getting though all the cards, returned to the circle.
