We started on a little mosey. Every two light poles passed we stopped and did 1- burpee 3- WW2 and 5- Squats. We went around the whole school area. We had two pain stations. One was across the parking lot and back. We ran to one side completed 10 pushups and 10 dips. Ran back and did 9 all the way down to 1. Then we moseyed some more stopping every two light poles for a 1-3-5. Another pain station was bear craw the sidewalk to the school wall squat for 30 seconds, lunge back and then do 20 squats IC. We did this twice. Then we headed back to the flag with 1-3-5 every two light poles.
