5 stations set up at various points
(Station 1) corner of small parking lot near Cindy locker (U Bar or Cindy OHP
(Station 2) under first light pole nearest Cindy locker (Low and slow squats and Bobby Hurlet
(Station 3) beside church AC unit (WW1 or LBC)
(Station 4) basketball goal (curls and tri ceps)
(Station 5) first island heading into big parking lot (colosseums and heels to heaven)
Rifle Carry Cindy to each station to explain workouts and transitions
Separate Cindy into station 1 and station 4
When you arrive at a station choose 1 of the 2 exercises. If someone joins you hill before you finish your set you have to do the other exercise also. During transitions if you get passed by another PAX both stop and do 50 calf raises.
Transitions were as follows: bear crawl from 1-2; best effort run from 2-3; mosey from 3-4; mosey from 4-5; lunge walk from 5-1
Due to the amount of people there were a lot of double exercises performed and calf raises completed
At 0650 take Cindy home and gather back at the flag for 10 calf raises called by each PAX on Q (130 total)
