Four runners rose before the sun,
BC and Honker led the charge for fun.
For the first mile they were locked in tight,
Their steps were strong, their spirits light.
Miyagi joined, but quite a bit late,
Blamed the bathroom, something he ate?
He caught up to the crew, with a strong pace,
He's preparing for a run with his M, this Friday they shall race
And then there is Flat Tire who ran through German hills,
Downrange this week is no reason to break his will.
Though miles apart, they all maintained their discipline,
And hopefully Flat Tire is already drinking a Hefeweizen!
