Started with 10 pull-ups and 1 (4ct) push-up + ab exercise
Worked our way to 5 & 6 respectively then moseyed to Kroger parking lot for dealer's choice…each Pax calls an exercise and bear crawls around circle of Pax to serve as timer.
Moseyed to do Derkins and Dips…1:5 ratio
Moseyed back to pull-up station to complete the 11's
