3 Mile ruck. Everyone, I mean everyone had weight this time. One gentleman in particular asked if he should get the ruck pack out. Motivational words came to mind “Don’t be a b!tch, let’s go”. ZT went heavy with his first weighted endeavor, we’ll call him ZT45 now on. Good pace, set by Reba. Good conversation carried us through the trip.
