Tha Thang:
Shuttle run. Each PAX runs back and forth between three light poles. At each light pole, perform an exercise. 15 minute AMRAP.

1st shuttle run: 20x skull crushers, 20x OHP, 20x curls (repeat OHP on way back)
Intermission: regular shuttle run sprint with no exercises
2nd shuttle run: squats, motivators, Bonnie Blair’s. Start at one rep and add a rep every time you return to squats

AAR: Format worked, was nice to focus on each muscle group for 15 minutes at once. Skullcrushers were rougher than intended. Motivators worked well as interlude during legs.
