Thanks to Miyagi for the borrowed speaker for the EMOM timer.
Moved to the covered walk way since the lights were out on the track where we normally work.
3 exercises:
100- WW2
100- Merkins
100- Squats
Partner ran to the end of breeze way while the other HIM worked on the exercise. They would switch and continue adding up to 100.
Once the two minute EMOM timer went off, each PAX would do a burpee. We had 16 rounds and you had to add one to the total of burpees each round. If the partners didn’t complete the amount of burpees in the 2 minute timer they could start over at 1 and work back up.
Last round we decided to use the 2 minutes to rep out the 15 burpees (6 count)
