-5 of 7 PAX ran 5 laps around stadium starting from AO flag. After each lap PAX performed 1 excercise for 7 reps OYO. Rinse repeat.
-2 of 7 PAX (double respects) modified down with coupons performing synchronized yoga and birdwatching, One Respect volunteered to bottle up every drop of sweat of the other HIMs for late night sniffs.

-PAX enjoyed the beat down. It was simple, but effective. More running suggested for next time.
-Discussed the importance of LDP, leading other's and being led as well as many HIMs are looking to not only lead but need other HIMs to help lead them.
-Discussed the importance of avoiding decision fatigue by HIMs being prepared and setting up guard rails (sending out pre-blasts, meal prepping, wearing F3 gear, etc.) keeping things on autopilot to reduce the amount of decisions HIMs have to make everyday.

-10yr F3Coastal Empire Anniversary 11/8 -24 hours. Clown Car to different AOs . Attend at least one AO event that day if PAX can't attend the whole ball of wax.
