Quick hamstring and lower back stretch

After 2 days of blue pill instead of red pill, I was not going to let the fart sack win today. But it tried, resulting in me rolling into the parking lot at about 0517. But none of the typical vehicles were there, and no one waiting on me impatiently.
Great ruck with 40#, kept a decent pace for the first mile, and then light pole shuffled the remaining 3. Lots of Mumblechatter with the voices in my head.
