Tha Thang:
– 2 PAX enter the marked area and keep the ballon off of the ground
– after each hit on the balloon both pax have to do a burpee, get up, and hit the ballon again to keep it off of the ground
– each round is 1 min
– if the ballon hits the ground or goes out of bounds there is a 5 burpee penalty for each instance and all PAX perform the penalty burpees at the end of each round
– take a lap after every 3 groups
– we performed 927,847,799 burpees and OSHA had the highest recorded twirling vertical on record
